How to Enter - No Purchase Necessary:
Via the web: New subscribers are automatically entered for a chance to win. Subscribe to our newsletter by filling in your First Name, Last Name, Email Address in the Subscribe Box to the upper left on any page. We will not ask you for any other information at this time.

Deadline:
The deadline for each month's contest is the last calender day of every month at 11:59pm CST. No submission will be accepted after the deadline for that particular month for any reason. Rocan International, Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or mutilated entries, or for any computer, online, network, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.

Prize and Odds:
Designated prizes offered on our site will be awarded monthly or as indicated by the contest offer that month. Total retail value is indicated in the signup box and more in detail on the FAQ's page (#25). Odds of being selected to receive this free gift depend on number of entries. (Expected eligible entrants is approximately 5,000 per month) No substitution or transfer of the gift is allowed. There is no cash value given in liu of the gift. Shipping & Handling charges of $40 for the gift are the responsibility of the winner. The gift will be shipped via FedEx International Priority.

Participation:
Drawing is open to legal residents of the USA & Canada, 18 years or older, except employees and their immediate families/households of Rocan International, Inc. Subject to all applicable laws. Limit 1 entry per person, per e-mail address. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

Selection of Winner:
Individual winners will be selected at random on the first Monday of the month, after each month's contest ends and will be notified by e-mail. Winnig entries will be responsible to reply to the e-mail notification that they receive no later than the Monday following the draw (5 business days). They will be required in their response to provide thier delivery address, telephone number and legal age. An invoice for the shipping & handling charge of $40.00 will be e-mailed to the winner once their initial acknowlegment e-mail of winning has been received back with the required information. Winners will be responsible to pay the invoice securely online via our payment processor PayPal (within 5 more business days) prior to thier gift being shipped out. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or any computer, online, network or telecommunications problems. Judges' decisions are final. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Prize winner may be asked to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release for use of his/her name, likeness or voice for publicity purposes by Rocan International, Inc.without further consideration, within ten (10) days of notification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to accept the prize or fails to return the requested documents, the selected winner will forfeit his/her prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By accepting prize, the winner agrees to release Rocan International, Inc. from any and all liability for injuries and/or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the prize.
